Have any of you guys in the Quad City's heard of or know anything about Brenny's cycle in Bentondorf Ia. He was recommended to me by Mark at Quad Doctor. I have contacted Brennys and they have a head for the warrior. Mark Brenny says he will sell me a remaned head and go through my entire motor and remove any metal that may have gotten in it from the damage. Says he will install every thing for me and sell me the head all for under $400. Sounds cheap to me....... I cant even get every thing I need to repair it for that and says he will give me 90 days warranty on the work.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

I have never bought anything there myself. But, I work with a few guys that have bought used motorcycles off of him, and had them serviced there also and been satisfied with him. I think sometimes its a toss up on taking something in for repair, or even buying off of a dealer. One guy will go to a repair shop and be very satisfied with them, another guy will try them and think they got ripped off.

Ask him what he means by "go through the motor". I'll bet he's(brenny'y) is just going to flush it the best they can. $400 sounds way too cheap. When I here "go through the entire motor" I think pulling the cylinder and splitting the cases and checking everything, and I can't believe they're going to do all that and put a new head on for $400. But you never know!

In this economy and this time of year, they're probably needing the work. If he's gonna warranty it for 90 days, that gives you plenty of time to put it through a workout. If you're concerned, ask him how or why he can offer to do it that low.
