Well after spending over 3 weeks cleaning out my dads house and getting it ready for sale the wife and i decided to go to Southern Illinois to my family's house to go riding and relax. We were riding in a pasture wit some great rolling hills and some easy riding when we stopped to talk. We decided to head back to the house and I started to take off. After moving approx. 15 ft the 4 wheeler suddenly and violently tipped on to the left side wheels and threw me off within a blink of an eye. After picking my self up and getting back on the ride I went to see what I hit. I saw a 6 to 8 foot log laying in the tall grass.
This just goes to show that no matter how much experience you have riding there is always something that can go wrong in an instant at any speed.
Good news is the warrior is just fine. Bad new is I did not fair so good...... MRI report today was Torn ACL, Compression fracture to the tibia, and Torn medial meniscus.
So please every one ride safe and watch for hidden objects.

So this is how you hurt your knee! I guess I have been gone from this site longer than I thought. Cad and I have an area of tall grass that we ride in close to our house that floods. We have had a couple close-calls from running into logs that previously weren't there after the water has been up. Not fun at all!!!!
