Has anyone ever got their exhaust ceramic coated? If so where did you have it done. I am looking into having this done and I need to find a place preferably in the quad cities .

My buddy gets his race car headers done at Powder Coating unlimited in Bloomington Illinois.
They bead blast... prime twice... and dip them, so they are coated on the inside too.
He said it would be well worth the drive and prices are very reasonable.

If I cant find someone in the quad cities that might be the way to go.I figure shipping would be high. But, I have to do something with it before summer. When wearing shorts, it will put a blister on your leg.

Have you considered using a good header wrap? that would be a cheaper and very efficient way of keeping the blisters away!!

I have done that. I wrapped it last summer when I noticed it being very hot. It didn't do a lot for it,so I wrapped it again. After double wrapping it ,that made it tolerable.A couple weeks ago I had a little time and was checking things over and noticed the wrap was coming off.It is brittle and cracking ,so I just cleaned it all off.I think I will do it right next time and just get it ceramic coated.

I had the inside of my Ducati 1098 exhaust ceramic coated and got a pretty good reduction in heat. Performance Coatings in Yorkville, Il. did the work and is a little closer than Bloomington. Phone number: 630-553-0220, ask for Terry.

Attention please: Deep color punk baby clothes and printing clothes have higher formaldehyde while the pale ones and non-patterned ones are opposite.
