I have to agree with you, Mojo, this park definitely did not disappoint! Gob Hill has allot of hidden potential and will only get better with time! I am looking forward to going back out there to ride with you all again. Thanks to the owners, Tom and Vicki for creating such a nice place for ATVer's!

That hill is not the craziest at all. There are some good trails, and they WANT you to cut your own trail, and there is PLENTY of spots for some more hill climbs.

hmm gob hill? i dont quiet understand the name i thing they should of called it gob lakes, but it does have alot of potential for a mx track but im more of a trail rider and i wasnt to impressed, if i would of had a 4x4 i woulda had a blast but my 2x4 has to dodge most of the trails they have. i give it a 5 out of 10

Its funny that people knock this park that have not even been to it! Yea it's not the best park at this time. Its not got the hills like the cliffs, it's not got the sand like the little Sahara! But what it has that most parks don't have for us is FUEL mileage if you live in the Quad cities! It is OPEN at this time not flooded!I saved the best for last, this park keep changing week to week. It just keeps getting better and better! With all of the riders that have been out at the Hill every time we have been out there I guess we all can't be wrong! But the mud, the new trails and all the new riders we keep seeing at the must not be having fun!...........Just one persons opinion!

Ok I must say for waiting to hit the hill for 2 years, I will openly admit it was not as bad as it sounded. I had an enjoyable day right up to the end. The MX track is decent could use some work to clean up some washed out jumps. Found some good trails back in the??? Well dont know where but they were back there. All in all glad I went, and will most certainly go back.
Now hope the guy that crashed is ok, and ya know sometimes you just dont know how great a person is till their forced to react to help a stranger. WAY TO GO TOM!!!!!

Mryfz, I'm glad you enjoyed your first trip to the Hill! An opened mind is all it takes to see the possibilities in some of these parks. For me, the location plays a big factor in the appeal of Gob Hill and I will return to knock a little dust off my sporty and socialize with other riders.
