no problem i only pack this much stuff if im going by myself,miles away from any roads ,and no i wasnt in the boy scouts but i think i am preparred to spent a couple unplanned nights in the cold ,plus you never know when something stupid like a blown fuse or a open wire will mean your walkin ..i like to always have a back up for my back up
my motto is i would rather have it and not need it then need it and not have it ..:-)
